Do I pay membership fees with Chutshela Food?

When is my order processed and delivered?

We process your orders on the same day if received on a business days. We send one email email once your order has been processed then send a second email once your order delivery date and time has been scheduled. The second email includes your order/tracking number. Order now & stay informed on the progress of your order.

 

Do you delivery to my area?

We deliver everywhere in the Durban – Ethekweni municipality area. Unfortunately, we are not in Johannesburg and Cape Town just yet. 

 

Do you deliver to offices and business addresses?

Absolutely! Office managers, restaurant owner and catering businesses love Chutshela Foods. They trust us for our convenience, curated selection, low prices and great service. 

 

Are transactions on your site secure?

We take your security very seriously. We work to achieve a secure environment that is above industry security standard and guidelines. We use payment solutions of a service provider who is PCI-DSS Level 1 Service Provider.

 

Does Chutshela Food accept EFT and Zapper? 

Chutshela Food accepts both EFT and Zapper.

How is my order delivered?

We deliver with multiple couriers depending on your location. Our couriers deliver Monday through Friday. According to the size of an order and which large items the orders may contain our courier may use one or multiple boxes.

 

Can I cancel my order or edit my shipping address?

Please email thandi@chutshela.com with the order number. We will try our best to help before the order is out for delivered.

 

What if my item is damaged, incorrect or missing?

Chutshela Food apologizes for the inconvenience. Please email us at thandi@chutshela.com with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. 

 

Does Chutshela Food allow returns of an item?

At this stage in order to avoid potential risks of contamination during the Covid-19 pandemic, we are unfortunately not accepting returns at this time. This temporary change is in place until further notice.

 

May I change my delivery address?

In most cases, we can make delivery address change, but in all cases, we will try our best to help.
